Jammer Workshop

The Jammer Workshop analyzes Jammer technology, how Jammers perform, presents end-user case studies, reviews expectations users often have during operations, and covers basic and advanced strategies.

The workshop is more than just informative, as it combines a hands-on seminar with field-tested solutions for all kinds of attendees, from novice Jammer users to intermediate and advanced Force Protection teams, Bomb Squads, EOD teams, and Government Vendors.
The workshop covers aspects such as:
-
how an IED Jammer works
-
strengths
-
weaknesses
-
what is involved for installations
-
how portable systems work 'standalone' and in 'clusters'
-
and more

Workshop Aspects: The workshop is able to guide those responsible for deciding which type of jamming system (and specifications) are necessary when looking to choose a Jammer.

To better understands the threat landscape, the Jammer Workshop includes spectrum coverage outlining where radio threat bands might be taken advantage of by terror and criminal groups to detonate an RCIED. RCIED threats also known as Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices vary in design, performance, and usage. During the workshop, attendees are exposed to these threats and the electronic countermeasures used during Electronic Warfare.

The instructor of the Jammer Workshop understands that terrorists and insurgents do not represent military forces. Attack by RCIEDs generally come from enemies who do not wear uniforms, are not identifiable as regular Army using 'conventional weapons', which is why the Bomb Jammer™ line of EW systems target non-conventional 'RCIED weapons'.

Terrorists employ unconventional methods of ambush attack patterns, where their intended targets can range from civilian non-combatants, women, children, political opponents, diplomatic targets, VIPs, as well as military forces and military targets. Terrorists conduct roadside bombings of convoys, bombing targets in areas populated by civilians, wounding not only their adversaries but civilian bystanders. Terrorists seek to gain media attention to their cause, while leaving death and disaster behind.

The Jammer Workshop explains how to respond to remote controlled weaponry through Electronic Warfare. The Jammer Workshop explains how the IED Jammer platforms we design and our other Electronic Warfare solutions address the low technology aspects that Terrorists use to build weapons with.

RCIED weaponry vary in composition levels. But because our Jammers have several advantages to handle RCIEDs, and during the workshop, we explain and recommend how our solutions can be deployed in many different scenarios to deal with the threat.

Question: What type of attendees come to the Jammer Workshop?
Answer:
-
Government Users ; Government Vendors ; Government Contractors
-
Law Enforcement
-
Force Protection
-
Bomb Squad and Counter-Terror EOD Responders
Origins of the Jammer Workshop:
Originally, it was the IED Jammer Workshop. After years of answering questions about IED Jammer performance and function, client expectations, factors sought by security agencies, military and civilian think tanks, and Government Security Resellers, we created the Jammer Workshop. This workshop now details both bomb jamming and communication jamming, how they overlap, how the destructive nature of RCIEDs or Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices can be dealt with, and more.
